Scale AI is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead initiatives driving revenue and expansion within India's Generative AI sector. This role will focus on building processes to strategically acquire and onboard skilled contributors from India to train and evaluate AI models.
The Growth Marketing Manager will work with cross-functional teams, develop growth strategies, and present progress updates to the executive team. They will also address growth challenges and set new market presence standards for Scale AI in India.

- Driving critical growth projects and working with cross-functional teams.
- Developing and enhancing growth strategies and pipelines.
- Overseeing growth operations and ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Presenting progress updates to Scale’s executive team.
- Addressing growth challenges to enhance Scale AI's market presence in India.
- Building and owning the marketing funnel to acquire and onboard contributors.
- Finding and addressing issues in the marketing funnel to improve conversions.
- Building a sustainable strategy to grow and engage the user base.
- Developing, monitoring, and improving live campaigns.
- Analyzing websites and funnels and preparing performance analysis reports.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in growth, product, or operations.
- Experience with go-to-market strategies or in a founder's office.
- Prior experience with operations-heavy business models.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership.
- Positive attitude and a desire to extend existing skills.
- ROI driven marketing strategy
- A solid understanding of Direct Response, Digital Strategy, Optimisation, Sales Funnels, UX, UI, page performance, Google AdWords, SEO and Performance Marketing Ads.
- Outstanding time management skills and attention to detail.
