Senior Manager – Legal (Infrastructure)

Job Description

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Manager – Legal to support its Global Infrastructure Function. This role is based in Hyderabad and involves statutory compliance for the Indian entity, contracts, legal documentation, strategizing, and advisory. The candidate will work on legal requirements for Finance, IT/Digital, Workplace Services, HR, and EPMO departments.

Responsibilities include:

• Stakeholder Management
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
• Managing Azurity’s contract lifecycle using Ironclad
• Conducting legal issue identification and risk assessment

Requirements:

• LL.B from a reputed university
• 3-9 years of relevant experience in an in-house legal department
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, DocuSign, and Box.com
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management Platforms
