Job Description
Notion is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join their GTM Sales Team. The Account Executive will help build pipeline, generate revenue, and expand Notion's most strategic customers. They will also play a key role in defining sales motions and providing customer feedback.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and develop new potential accounts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Notion's existing customer base.
  • Iterate on the contract renewal process.
  • Hold meetings with prospective customers to understand their challenges and goals.
  • Drive executive level relationships.
  • Run product demos.
  • Help build playbooks and define sales motion.
  • Liaise with the user base to provide customer experience.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of full cycle sales experience.
  • A track record of high achievement.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Positive and open-minded attitude.
  • Desire to be successful.
  • Builder mentality.
  • Ability to operate within ambiguity.
