Job Description
Scale is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to guide new contributors through the platform's onboarding process. This role involves proactive outreach to assist contributors who have started but not completed onboarding.

The Onboarding Specialist will engage with contributors via phone, chat, email, and other channels, providing guidance and support to resolve technical or procedural issues. The ideal candidate has experience in customer support or recruiting and possesses troubleshooting skills to support contributors effectively. The role also includes documenting interactions, escalating complex issues, and participating in continuous learning programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively contact contributors to offer onboarding support.
  • Troubleshoot common onboarding issues and provide solutions.
  • Record contributor interactions and suggest improvements.
  • Escalate complex issues to internal teams.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills.

Requirements:
  • Experience in customer support, recruiting, or a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Slack, Google Suite, and Zoom.
  • People-first mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Scale.com offers:
  • Contractor role $4.25 USD per hour, then to $5.50 USD per hour after 30 days
