Notion is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Account Executive to join their GTM Sales Team in Dublin, Ireland. This role is focused on the French market. The Account Executive will be crucial in building pipeline, generating revenue, and expanding strategic customer relationships. The position involves defining and improving sales processes and providing customer feedback to inform Notion's product roadmap.
What this role involves:- Prospecting and developing new potential accounts by educating contacts about Notion's benefits.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Innovating the contract renewal process to enhance customer retention and growth.
- Conducting meetings with prospective customers to understand their business challenges.
- Delivering product demos to secure business deals.
- Assisting in the creation of sales playbooks and refining sales strategies.
- Providing exceptional customer experience through collaboration with Notion's user base.
- Working cross-functionally with various internal teams to achieve sales goals.
Requirements:- 1-3 years of full cycle sales experience in a fast-growing software company.
- Fluency in both English and French.
- A history of exceeding sales quotas.
