Senior Product Manager - Gong Collective

Job Description

Gong is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Gong Collective, its technology partner ecosystem. This role involves collaborating with Gong's technology partners and vendors to create joint use cases, focusing on data integrations. The Senior Product Manager will shape the vision and execute the integration strategy, given Gong's position as a leading SaaS solution in sales technology.

The role involves:

• Deeply understanding Gong’s ecosystem and other vendors through ongoing interaction with partners and customers
• Leading Gong’s product integration agenda: discerning who to partner with and surface the value to joint customers.
• Owning the product-related roadmap of the integrations: what to build and when.
• Working with Engineering and Product Marketing to drive successful product results in terms of joint go-to-market value, as well as Gong’s app marketplace in general.
• Rolling out features to our users responsibly, utilizing user testing and pre-launch programs.
• Monitoring product KPIs, analyze user behavior, collect user feedback, and iterate the features to achieve product goals.
• Acting as a product evangelist to build awareness of the integrations, APIs, and other hooks inside and outside the company.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager at a fast-paced Internet software company.
• Experience in building cross-company integrations at scale, rolled out to customers.
• Understanding and excitement about the agentic nature of technology integration.
• A progressive way of thinking with strong execution - you can envision a different world and articulate a clear path to get there.
• The capability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans.
• A proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• The capability and you enjoy speaking with business partners and dreaming together of better solutions for customers.
• A hands-on state of mind.
