Later is seeking an Account Coordinator to join their Performance Marketing team. In this role, the Account Coordinator will support the Campaign Account Manager and assist in various aspects of influencer marketing campaigns, specifically for the Mavely Affiliate Marketing Platform, to ensure their successful execution. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills.
What this role involves:
- Collaborating with the Campaign Account Manager to understand campaign objectives and target audience.
- Researching and identifying suitable influencers based on campaign requirements.
- Managing small-scale campaigns end-to-end with oversight.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with influencers.
- Providing influencers with campaign briefs, guidelines, and creative assets.
- Monitoring campaign performance metrics and assisting with wrap report creation and payouts.
- Reviewing influencer-generated content for brand alignment and compliance.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to support campaign execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years experience in influencer marketing and affiliate marketing.
- Deep understanding of the influencer and creator commerce landscape.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms.
- Experience in managing successful social/digital campaigns.
- Comfortable in Google office suite and workspace.
- Outstanding organization, time-management, and follow-through skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
