Job Description
The Account Manager role at Later involves strategic leadership and partnership with customers to achieve their marketing goals. The Account Manager will foster a customer-first mindset, think creatively, and serve as a strategic advisor. They will build strong relationships with account contacts, providing consultative recommendations and solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage customer success through strong relationships.
  • Execute post-sale influencer marketing strategies, offering guidance and sharing best practices.
  • Manage high-volume communications with customers and creators.
  • Build and deliver value-add presentations, including strategic business reviews.
  • Project manage customer campaigns, delegating tasks to team members.
  • Effectively manage and communicate contractual deliverables.
  • Communicate changes to best practices and escalate product feedback.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, social media management, and/or marketing campaign management.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Previous agency or customer success experience preferred.
  • Team player with problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • High degree of integrity and empathy.
  • Expertise in the Later Influence platform.
