Job Description
The Account Manager role at Later involves strategic leadership and partnership with customers to achieve their marketing goals. The Account Manager will foster a customer-first mindset, think creatively, and serve as a strategic advisor. They will build strong relationships with account contacts, providing consultative recommendations and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage customer success through strong relationships.
- Execute post-sale influencer marketing strategies, offering guidance and sharing best practices.
- Manage high-volume communications with customers and creators.
- Build and deliver value-add presentations, including strategic business reviews.
- Project manage customer campaigns, delegating tasks to team members.
- Effectively manage and communicate contractual deliverables.
- Communicate changes to best practices and escalate product feedback.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, social media management, and/or marketing campaign management.
- Strong project management skills.
- Previous agency or customer success experience preferred.
- Team player with problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- High degree of integrity and empathy.
- Expertise in the Later Influence platform.
