Job Description
Later is seeking an Account Manager to be a strategic leader and partner for its customers. The Account Manager will foster a proactive, customer-first mindset and provide consultative recommendations and solutions. This role involves building strong relationships with account contacts and serving as a trusted advisor.

The role involves:
  • Leading and managing customer success through strong relationships.
  • Executing post-sale influencer marketing strategies and providing guidance.
  • Managing high-volume communications with customers and creators.
  • Building and delivering value-add presentations.
  • Project managing customer campaigns and mentoring team members.
  • Managing contractual deliverables and communicating with customers.
  • Communicating best practices and escalating product feedback.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, social media management, and/or marketing campaign management.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Previous agency or customer success experience preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • High degree of integrity and empathy.
  • Expertise in the Later Influence platform.
