Later is seeking an Account Manager to be a strategic leader and partner for its customers. The Account Manager will foster a proactive, customer-first mindset and provide consultative recommendations and solutions. This role involves building strong relationships with account contacts and serving as a trusted advisor.
The role involves:
- Leading and managing customer success through strong relationships.
- Executing post-sale influencer marketing strategies and providing guidance.
- Managing high-volume communications with customers and creators.
- Building and delivering value-add presentations.
- Project managing customer campaigns and mentoring team members.
- Managing contractual deliverables and communicating with customers.
- Communicating best practices and escalating product feedback.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, social media management, and/or marketing campaign management.
- Strong project management skills.
- Previous agency or customer success experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- High degree of integrity and empathy.
- Expertise in the Later Influence platform.
