Job Description
Sixteenth, a leading global creator talent management company, is seeking a Talent Assistant to support a Senior Talent Manager. This role involves providing essential support to the leadership team and aiding in the smooth execution of daily tasks and operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creators and social media.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing calendars and coordinating meetings
  • Organizing files and tracking deals
  • Assisting with campaign administration and deal execution
  • Liaising with internal departments to track brand deal terms and talent payments
  • Maintaining talent calendars and deadlines
  • Leading talent communications for PR opportunities and events
  • Preparing meeting notes and assisting with project timelines
  • Maintaining talent information in the internal database
  • Coordinating communication between talent, managers, and brand partners

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of agency, PR firm, or management company experience preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of the influencer and entertainment industry
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Excellent organization and administration skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive and forward-thinking mindset
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
