Sixteenth, a leading global creator talent management company, is seeking a Talent Assistant to support a Senior Talent Manager. This role involves providing essential support to the leadership team and aiding in the smooth execution of daily tasks and operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creators and social media.
Responsibilities:
- Managing calendars and coordinating meetings
- Organizing files and tracking deals
- Assisting with campaign administration and deal execution
- Liaising with internal departments to track brand deal terms and talent payments
- Maintaining talent calendars and deadlines
- Leading talent communications for PR opportunities and events
- Preparing meeting notes and assisting with project timelines
- Maintaining talent information in the internal database
- Coordinating communication between talent, managers, and brand partners
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of agency, PR firm, or management company experience preferred
- In-depth knowledge of the influencer and entertainment industry
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent organization and administration skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive and forward-thinking mindset
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
