Testing Manager

Job Description

Testlio, a leading quality management company, is seeking a Testing Manager to join their Testing Team. This is a fully remote position open to candidates residing in the EMEA region. The Testing Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of testing delivery for Testlio's clients.

The Testing Manager will work closely with clients, testers, test leads, other testing managers, testing delivery teams, and engagement managers to ensure high-quality testing execution. They will be responsible for test scope planning, test run management, and results reporting.

Role Involves:

• Working with multiple clients and stakeholders to align testing strategies.
• Ensuring the quality of test runs.
• Defining testing strategies for individual runs and overall projects.
• Leading and coordinating test runs, including scope identification, effort estimation, and team building.
• Triaging reported issues and providing support to testers.
• Raising project risks and proactively solving problems.
• Reviewing and providing feedback on test plans.
• Identifying and solving technical testing challenges.
• Proactively defining priorities based on the work backlog.
• Monitoring project quality KPIs and implementing improvements.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on software testing experience.
• Passion for software testing.
• Good understanding of test automation principles and software testing methodologies.
• Experience with Android and/or iOS native mobile test development.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with constructive feedback skills.
• Experience collaborating with multiple client-side stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong time management, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
