YipitData is seeking a Client Account Manager (Client Strategy Manager) to support its growing client base. The role involves being a research partner with clients, understanding their needs, and providing proactive engagement. This is a remote-friendly opportunity within the US, with potential for growth into the Business Development team.
Responsibilities: - Cultivate relationships with clients.
- Drive value and grow user engagement.
- Act as a thought partner and provide top-notch service.
- Advocate for client needs.
- Create and execute account growth strategies.
- Manage renewals.
- Identify and execute upsell opportunities.
Requirements: - Minimum 3+ years of client-facing experience.
- Ability to build strategic relationships.
- Passion for client success.
- Ability to proactively identify value-adding opportunities.
- Ability to manage a high-touch, high-volume client base.
- Self-starter and team player.
- Interest in investment research and the markets.
