Job Description
YipitData is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join their team. In this role, the individual will support the company's growing client base in making better investment decisions. The ideal candidate will act as a research partner with clients, becoming an extension of their team by providing proactive engagement and real-time responses.Responsibilities include:
  • Owning and cultivating relationships with clients.
  • Leveraging product expertise to drive value and grow user engagement.
  • Becoming a trusted resource for clients by acting as a thought partner and providing top-notch service.
  • Advocating for client needs cross-departmentally.
  • Creating and executing on account growth & engagement strategies.
  • Managing renewals from beginning to end.
  • Identifying and executing on upsell opportunities to augment contract value.
  • Contributing to building best-in-class practices within the growing Client Strategy team.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience.
  • Ability to build strategic relationships within their book of business.
  • Passion for making clients successful and caring deeply about their investment questions and process.
  • Ability to proactively identify value-adding opportunities for their client base.
  • Ability to manage a high-touch, high-volume client base.
  • Be a self-starter and a team player.
  • Interest in investment research and the markets.
