Role involves:
- Owning full-cycle recruiting across a range of roles and departments.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.
- Proactively sourcing and engaging talent through various methods.
- Ensuring a positive, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience.
- Managing applicant tracking systems and ensuring data accuracy.
- Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.

- Continuously optimizing recruitment processes.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in tech or fintech.
- Proven ability to source and hire talent across different countries and time zones.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A data-driven mindset with analytical skills.
- High level of adaptability and a self-starter attitude.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Previous experience in a fully remote environment.
- Proactive mindset, good organizational and time management skills.
