Job Description
Xapo Bank is seeking a Product Graduate to join their product team. This is a fully remote position where the candidate will contribute to bridging the traditional fiat banking world with Bitcoin and cryptocurrency.
The Product Graduate will work closely with senior product managers and cross-functional teams to support the entire product lifecycle. They will conduct market research and analysis, review emerging trends and customer behavior, and identify opportunities for product innovation.
The role involves supporting the creation of detailed product requirements documentation and participating in feature prioritization discussions. The candidate will also support product testing and quality assurance processes and monitor the performance of Xapo’s existing product suite.
The candidate will participate in a graduate rotation program, rotating through the 4 Tribes of Growth, Total Payment Volume, Engagement and Asset Under Management, covering the full customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Support the creation of product requirements documentation
- Participate in feature prioritization discussions
- Support product testing and quality assurance processes
- Monitor the performance of Xapo’s existing product suite
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong interest in fintech, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency markets
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities
