AppDirect is seeking a dynamic and bilingual Account Manager to join their ITCloud business unit. ITCloud, an AppDirect company, serves Canadian IT professionals and their business customers as an authorized Canadian Distributor for various cloud solutions.

The Account Manager will forge strategic partnerships with top channel resellers to drive revenue growth across Canada. The ideal candidate will excel at relationship building, partner enablement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish productive relationships with channel partners.
  • Coordinate ITCloud personnel to meet partner objectives.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Lead joint planning sessions with partners.
  • Manage sales pipeline activities in the CRM tool.
  • Represent ITCloud and AppDirect at industry events.
  • Collaborate with vendors to enhance partnership strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • 5 years of sales experience.
  • Excellent English and French communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Experience in the IT or cloud services industry.
  • Strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
