Job Description

Scale is experiencing rapid growth in its Generative AI business unit and seeks a Senior Strategic Projects Lead (SPL) to spearhead initiatives driving significant revenue. This role demands a versatile individual prepared to handle various operational aspects. The SPL will have an entrepreneurial spirit, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for impactful work.

The role involves:

  • Taking full ownership of high-impact customer pipelines.
  • Making decisions impacting data quality, operational efficiency, revenue, and margins.
  • Understanding customer requirements and designing data taxonomy.
  • Building pipeline infrastructure to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Training, coaching, and managing global teams.
  • Building analytics for data-driven decisions.
  • Partnering with Engineering, Product, Ops, and Go-to-Market stakeholders.
  • Providing progress updates to Scale’s executive team.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A strong technical background (engineering or computer science degree preferred, or ability to do data analytics using SQL or Python).
  • 5+ years of experience developing product or operational processes, or as a SWE.
  • 2+ years leading a team.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Entrepreneurial experience and mindset.
