Job Description
The Social Hub is seeking a F&B Supervisor for their Florence Belfiore location. The Social Hub is known for breaking the rules in hospitality, offering a fun, creative, and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn, and play. The F&B Supervisor will ensure each guest has the best possible experience. They will work with the Front of House Manager, Hotel Manager, and community hosts to supervise all aspects of hotel operations. This role goes beyond traditional hotel duties, requiring the supervisor to be a skilled connector responsible for the hotel's smooth running.
What this role involves:
- Supervising and working with front of house staff to assist guests.
- Understanding and cross-selling product offerings.
- Handling guest and team member questions or complaints.
- Maintaining an overview of hotel operations and remaining calm in stressful situations.
- Sharing knowledge and assisting team members.
- Networking with the guest community and catering to their needs.
- Spreading smiles and good vibes.
Requirements:
- Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach.
- At least 1 year of hotel or team leading experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Hardworking, responsible, and a "let's do this!" mentality.
- Ability to build, lead, and inspire motivated teams.
- Legally allowed to work in Italy
