Job Description
Notion is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join their GTM Sales Team in Tokyo, Japan. This role is crucial for building pipeline, generating revenue, and expanding strategic customer relationships. The Account Executive will contribute to defining sales strategies and providing customer feedback to shape the product roadmap.
Responsibilities: - Prospect and develop new potential accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying expansion opportunities.
- Iterate on the contract renewal process to retain and grow customers.
- Conduct face-to-face and Zoom meetings to understand customer challenges and goals.
- Run product demos to close business at or above quota level.
- Help build playbooks and define sales motions.
- Liaise with the user base to provide world-class customer experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
Requirements: - 5+ years of full cycle sales experience in a fast-growing IT company.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Positive and open-minded attitude.
