Notion is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join their GTM Sales Team in Tokyo, Japan. The Account Executive will contribute to building pipeline, generating revenue, and expanding their most strategic customers.
Responsibilities - Prospect and develop new potential accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with Notion's existing customer base.
- Iterate on the contract renewal process.
- Hold face-to-face and Zoom meetings with prospective customers.
- Drive executive level relationships.
- Run product demos.
- Help build playbooks and define our sales motion.
- Liaise with our user base.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams.
Requirements - 5+ years of relevant experience in full cycle sales at a fast-growing IT company.
- A track record of high achievement, hitting or exceeding quotas.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to be successful.
- A builder mentality and ability to thrive in collaborative environments.
- Ability to operate within ambiguity and find creative solutions.
- Grit and tenacity.
