Notion is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join their GTM Sales Team in Tokyo, Japan. The Account Executive will contribute to building pipeline, generating revenue, and expanding their most strategic customers. Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new potential accounts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Notion's existing customer base.
  • Iterate on the contract renewal process.
  • Hold face-to-face and Zoom meetings with prospective customers.
  • Drive executive level relationships.
  • Run product demos.
  • Help build playbooks and define our sales motion.
  • Liaise with our user base.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in full cycle sales at a fast-growing IT company.
  • A track record of high achievement, hitting or exceeding quotas.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • A positive attitude and a strong desire to be successful.
  • A builder mentality and ability to thrive in collaborative environments.
  • Ability to operate within ambiguity and find creative solutions.
  • Grit and tenacity.
