The Strategic Projects Lead (SPL) at Scale's Generative AI business unit is a pivotal role, driving significant revenue growth. This role demands a highly entrepreneurial individual who is comfortable with detail-oriented tasks and passionate about impactful work. The SPL takes ownership of key customer pipelines, directly influencing data quality, operational efficiency, revenue, and margins.

The responsibilities of the Strategic Projects Lead include:

  • Managing high-impact customer pipelines.
  • Designing data taxonomy based on customer needs.
  • Building pipeline infrastructure for quality and efficiency.
  • Training and managing global teams.
  • Developing analytics for data-driven decisions.
  • Partnering with various teams to advance LLMs.
  • Providing progress updates to Scale’s executive team.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A strong technical background (engineering or computer science degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in team leadership, product/operational process development, or as a SWE.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset.
