Job Description
Scale is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their Customer Strategy & Operations team. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. The Program Manager will be responsible for building, developing, and executing critical workstreams related to demand forecasting, opportunity scoping, resource allocation, and customer delivery oversight. They will collaborate with stakeholders across various teams, including delivery operations, engagement management, sales, finance, analytics, product, business operations, and leadership.

Role involves:
  • Managing Scale’s customer demand forecasting system.
  • Translating demand signal into delivery resource and financial projections.
  • Tracking staffing assignments and availability.
  • Reviewing operational and financial performance data.
  • Vetting new opportunities.
  • Tracking operational attainment against forecasted demand.
  • Identifying and escalating project and account-level operational risks.

Requirements:
  • Degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Math, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, etc.).
  • 3+ years of experience in an analytical and/or operational role.
  • Proficiency in SQL + advanced skills in Sheets and/or Excel.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Experience working at a B2B-focused company strongly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
