Job Description
Scale is seeking an HR Business Partner to collaborate with its G&A teams, contributing to the company's mission of accelerating AI development. The HR Business Partner will work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR Operations, Recruiting, Finance, Legal, and IT, to ensure the Operations team's success.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with 3+ years in an HR Business Partner role.
