Scale is seeking an HR Business Partner to collaborate with its G&A teams, contributing to the company's mission of accelerating AI development. This role involves being deeply embedded within the G&A team, offering support to leaders on all people-related issues. The HR Business Partner will work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR Operations, Recruiting, Finance, Legal, and IT, to ensure the Operations team's success.
Role involves:
- Establishing trust with employees and leaders.
- Coaching leaders on people practices.
- Leading project management for people programs.
- Driving organization for people data.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR experience, with 3+ years in an HR Business Partner role.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
