Notion is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join their GTM Sales Team in Dublin, Ireland. This role focuses on expanding Notion's customer base in Southern Europe. The Account Executive will be instrumental in building pipeline, generating revenue, and expanding strategic customer relationships. Notion is an in person company, and currently requires its employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and requests that employees spend the majority of their week in the office (including a third day).Responsibilities include:
Prospecting and developing new potential accounts.
Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Iterating on the contract renewal process.
Conducting face-to-face and Zoom meetings.
Running product demos.
Building playbooks and defining sales motions.
Liaising with the EMEA user base.
Requirements:
1-3 years of full cycle sales experience in a fast-growing software company.
A track record of high achievement, meeting or exceeding quotas.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
A positive and open-minded attitude.
A strong desire to be successful.
A builder mentality and ability to thrive in collaborative environments.
Ability to operate within ambiguity and find creative solutions.
