Job Description

Khan Academy India is seeking a passionate Project Lead consultant to support their program within the Telangana government school system. This role, based in Hyderabad, involves working closely with the Senior Program Lead and collaborating with the Department of School Education and SCERT Telangana to drive program implementation.Khan Academy is a nonprofit organization with the mission to provide free, world-class education for anyone, anywhere. Khan Academy India focuses on delivering a locally relevant user experience to learners in India, supported by a strong on-the-ground team.Responsibilities:

• Support program implementation across government schools in Telangana.
• Deliver training to education officials and teachers.
• Maintain strong relationships with administration officials and school stakeholders.
• Gather data-backed insights to inform program decisions.
• Document state discussions and keep stakeholders informed.
• Collaborate with Khan Academy India teams for program delivery.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Fluency in Telugu and English (spoken and written).
• Strong collaborative mindset and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to navigate complex situations and make informed decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent ability to document and present information in English and Telugu.
• Comfortable working with data and identifying trends.
• Great communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Quick learner with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Passionate about education and making a positive impact.
• Comfortable being based out of Hyderabad and traveling across Telangana.
