Job Description
Ada is seeking a Customer Solutions Consultant II to provide technical expertise to innovative companies. This role involves collaborating with the Sales team to maximize customer ROI and identify expansion opportunities. The consultant will guide customers post-purchase, ensuring successful product adoption and fostering long-term success.
Role involves:
- Leading discovery sessions to uncover customer requirements and challenges.
- Utilizing knowledge of APIs and SaaS platforms to provide solutions.
- Delivering value-based presentations to all levels of an organization.
- Building custom product demonstrations and sandboxes.
- Scoping and designing integrations into customers' existing technology stack.
- Supporting pre-sales meeting quarterly revenue goals.
- Supporting customers through implementation and go-live.
- Driving adoption and utilization of the platform.
- Collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of pre-sales/post sales engineering, and/or strategy/management/technology consulting experience.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer relationship building role.
- Proficiency in APIs and familiarity with SaaS platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of developing relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
- Technically and analytically curious.
- Reliable and resilient team player.
- Generative AI implementation experience (asset).
