Job Description
Centria Autism is seeking a BCBA for its Life Skills Autism Academy (LSAA) in Glendale, Arizona. The BCBA will develop individualized programs for clients aged 6 and younger, focusing on early intervention using compassionate, assent-based techniques. The role involves overseeing ABA therapy and providing guidance to Behavior Technicians.
Role Involves:
- Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
- Training, managing, and retaining Behavior Technicians.
- Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
- Developing child-specific behavior plans.
- Maintaining team functions and coaching team members.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher.
- Completion of 8-hour supervision course.
- BCBA certification.
- Active state license.
- 1+ years of experience with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- Previous supervision experience preferred.
- Crisis management experience preferred.
