Job Description
Centria is seeking a BCBA Supervising Clinician for their Life Skills Autism Academy (LSAA) in Midtown Phoenix, opening in Fall 2025. This role involves providing clinical oversight, training and managing Behavior Technicians, and engaging with parents to improve client outcomes. The Supervising Clinician will develop behavior and skill acquisition plans, ensuring team functions are completed and objectives are met.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
- Training, managing, and retaining Behavior Technicians.
- Engaging parents/guardians in ABA therapy.
- Developing child-specific behavior & skill acquisition plans.
- Ensuring the daily functions of the team & staff are completed.
- Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in acceptance with BACB guidelines.
- Completion of 8-hour supervision course or willingness to complete it.
- BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
- Active state license, in good standing, when applicable.
- 1+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- Previous supervision experience is preferred.
- Crisis management experience is preferred.
