BCBA (Supervising Clinician) - LSAA Paradise Valley (OPENING FALL/WINTER 2025)

Job Description

Centria is seeking a BCBA Supervising Clinician for its Life Skills Autism Academy in Paradise Valley. This role involves being part of a team dedicated to providing compassionate care to children with autism, ages 6 and younger. The Supervising Clinician will play a crucial role in shaping the new location and ensuring high-quality, individualized programming.

Role Involves:

• Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
• Training, managing, and retaining a team of Behavior Technicians.
• Engaging parents/guardians in ABA therapy.
• Developing child-specific behavior & skill acquisition plans.
• Ensuring the daily functions of the team are completed.
• Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.

Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in accordance with BACB guidelines.
• Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within first 30 days).
• BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
• Active state license, in good standing, when applicable.
• 1+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
• Previous supervision experience is preferred.
• Crisis management experience is preferred.
