Job Description
Centria is seeking a BCBA Supervising Clinician for its Life Skills Autism Academy in Paradise Valley. This role involves being part of a team dedicated to providing compassionate care to children with autism, ages 6 and younger. The Supervising Clinician will play a crucial role in shaping the new location and ensuring high-quality, individualized programming.
Role Involves:
- Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
- Training, managing, and retaining a team of Behavior Technicians.
- Engaging parents/guardians in ABA therapy.
- Developing child-specific behavior & skill acquisition plans.
- Ensuring the daily functions of the team are completed.
- Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in accordance with BACB guidelines.
- Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within first 30 days).
- BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
- Active state license, in good standing, when applicable.
- 1+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- Previous supervision experience is preferred.
- Crisis management experience is preferred.
