BCBA (Supervising Clinician) - New Academy Opening Fall 2025

Job Description

Centria is seeking a BCBA Supervising Clinician for its Life Skills Autism Academy in Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves providing clinical oversight, training and managing Behavior Technicians, and engaging with parents to improve client outcomes. The Supervising Clinician will develop behavior and skill acquisition plans, ensuring the team meets objectives and delivers best practices.

• Provide clinical oversight to clientele
• Train, manage, and retain a team of Behavior Technicians
• Engage parents/guardians/caretakers in ABA therapy
• Develop child-specific behavior & skill acquisition plans

Requirements for this position include:

• Master's degree in acceptance with BACB guidelines
• Completion of 8-hour supervision course
• BCBA certification from the BACB
• Active state license
• 1+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders
• Previous supervision experience is preferred
• Crisis management experience is preferred
