Job Description
Centria Autism is seeking a Director of Clinical Services for their Mesa, Arizona center. This role involves providing clinical case support and supervision to a team of Supervising Clinicians, ensuring quality care, and contributing to the overall success of clinical services.
Role involves:
- Leading a team of supervising clinicians.
- Overseeing client data and performance metrics.
- Delivering in-session coaching.
- Resolving challenging situations.
- Implementing performance improvement initiatives.
- Contributing to on-site training.
- Assisting with hiring and onboarding.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in accordance with BACB guidelines.
- BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
- Active state license, in good standing, when applicable.
- 3+ years experience as a BCBA/Supervising Clinician preferred -OR- 2+ years experience overseeing cases & Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians at Centria.
- 3+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- Experience mentoring Practicum Students & Behavior Analysts in-training (Preferred).
- Experience practicing compassionate, assent-based care.
- Crisis management experience, preferred.
Centria Autism offers:
- Compensation: $95,000 - $110,000 (negotiable based on experience, credentials, and skills).
- Quarterly Bonus Opportunity: up to an additional $13,000 (or $52k per year).
