Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria, is seeking a Director of Clinical Services for their new center in Phoenix, AZ. This role is crucial in providing clinical case support and supervision to a team of Supervising Clinicians, ensuring quality care for children with autism aged 6 and younger. The Director will collaborate with various teams to drive clinical quality, manage performance, and contribute to the overall success of Centria's clinical services.
Role involves:
- Leading a team of supervising clinicians.
- Overseeing client data and performance metrics.
- Delivering in-session coaching.
- Implementing performance improvement initiatives.
- Assisting with hiring and onboarding of new staff.
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in accordance with BACB guidelines.
- BCBA or BCBA-D certification in good standing.
- Active state license, when applicable.
- 3+ years experience as a BCBA/Supervising Clinician or 2+ years at Centria.
- Experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
Role offers:
- Competitive compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually.
