Job Description
Remote is seeking a Senior Global Payroll Implementation Specialist to join their Global Payroll Implementation team. This role involves implementing new customers onto Remote's Global Payroll solution platform accurately and within agreed timescales. The Senior Implementation Specialist will report to the Manager, Global Payroll Implementations. Remote is solving modern organizations’ biggest challenge – navigating global employment compliantly with ease. They make it possible for businesses of all sizes to recruit, pay, and manage international teams.

What this role involves:
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for large customers.
  • Analyzing customers’ payroll needs and providing appropriate recommendations.
  • Leading and managing the implementation of new PEO payroll customers.
  • Obtaining required customer and employee data.
  • Configuring Remote’s PEO Payroll system.
  • Coordinating parallel payroll runs and wage-based reconciliations.
  • Verifying payroll and tax setup compliance.
  • Coordinating and communicating payroll Go-Live.
  • Handing over an accurate payroll setup to the Remote PEO Payroll Operations team.
  • Providing support and training to new customers and team members.

Requirements:
  • Global Payroll or PEO Payroll Implementation Experience.
  • Global Payroll or PEO Customer facing on-boarding experience with a payroll software.
  • Excellent understanding of end-to-end payroll or PEO processes and compliance.
  • Work experience in US Federal and State payroll operations and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent data management skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experienced with on-boarding multiple complex customers with multiple stakeholders.
  • An analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Resilient and able to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently and take own responsibility.
  • Customer-Care oriented mind set.
  • Proficient in using Google Sheet or Excel.
  • Ability to work within a MacBook Pro environment
  • Fluent English.
