Job Description
Capgemini Invent is seeking an (Associate) Consultant (m/w/d) to join their Customer Experience Strategy team. This role involves shaping the future of businesses by enabling CxOs to drive digital innovation, design, and transformation. With a global presence of over 10,000 employees across 40 creative studios and 60 locations, Capgemini Invent combines strategy consulting, data science, product and experience design, brand management, and technology know-how to develop sustainable digital solutions and business models.

Role Involves:
  • Creating seamless customer engagements (online & offline).
  • Designing customer journeys.
  • Defining and implementing future-proof sales strategies.
  • Optimizing sales processes.
  • Introducing digital sales tools.
  • Digitalizing stationary trading formats.
  • Developing strategies, designing, and introducing eCommerce platforms and marketplaces.
  • Creating social and mobile commerce strategies.

Requirements:
  • Practical project experience in sales, omnichannel management, and e-commerce.
  • An outstanding degree (Bachelor / Master) in economics, technology, or information technology.
  • Enjoyment in combining technological understanding, strategic analysis, and implementation work.
  • High reliability, team spirit, and fit for a leading management consultancy.
  • Excellent presentation and moderation skills as well as very good MS Office skills.
  • Excellent German and English skills.
