Easygo is seeking a Sportsbook Analyst to join their expanding team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining Easygo as the leading crypto sports betting platform. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to identify trends within large datasets. The Sportsbook Analyst will contribute to managing the trading, risk, and content aspects of the sportsbook product, ensuring a top-notch customer experience.

The role involves live-time monitoring of bets, customer profiling, identifying unusual betting patterns, and generating back-end reports. The analyst will work closely with the Sportsbook Manager, utilizing data to support decision-making processes and communicating findings to the broader team. Risk analysis is a key component, requiring a balance between customer experience and profitability. Collaboration with various business functions, including Marketing, Customer Support, and Business Intelligence, is essential.

Easygo is a prominent service provider to brands within the iGaming industry, including Stake.com, Kick.com and Twist Gaming. The company is headquartered in Melbourne and has grown to a workforce of over 400 employees.

What role involves:

• Customer & risk management – profiling and segmenting customers, in addition to monitoring betting activity both retrospectively and in real time
• Reporting on product performance, including daily and weekly product performance reviews
• Providing level 2 support to our customer support team, assisting them in dealing with customer queries
• Site content management – including optimisation of content and overall quality control
• Running backend reports on Tableau for deep dive analysis

Requirements:

• A passion and interest for both sports and betting
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Industry experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work a roster of shifts flexible to business requirements
• Ability to work any 5 of the 7 days, which will include shifts between hours of 07:00 - 21:00
