Notion is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join their GTM Sales Team, focusing on the Enterprise DACH region. This role is pivotal in building pipeline, generating revenue, and expanding Notion's strategic customer base. The Account Executive will contribute to refining sales strategies, providing customer insights to shape product development, and driving revenue growth. This role is based in Munich and requires fluency in German and English.What This Role Involves:
  • Managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and renewal of deals.
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Conducting discovery sessions to understand client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiating contract terms and pricing.
  • Maintaining accurate sales records using CRM tools.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional value.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of full-cycle sales experience in a software company.
  • Extensive experience in enterprise SaaS sales within the DACH region.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience selling to C-level executives.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in German and English.
  • A builder mentality and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Self-motivation and independent task management skills.
