Senior Product Designer

Job Description

Uniswap Labs is seeking a Senior Product Designer to contribute to the development of financial products that simplify access to DeFi. The role involves solving interface problems and creating mental models for users of decentralized finance. Uniswap Labs is headquartered in SoHo, New York City, and offers the option for the role to be partially or fully remote.Responsibilities include:

• Owning and delivering end-to-end design projects.
• Tackling complex challenges in emerging technology.
• Using a human-centered approach to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborating with engineering, product, and research partners.
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of a unified design system.
• Mentoring junior designers and helping define best practices.
• Contributing to the broader design culture.

Requirements:

• 5 years of product design experience.
• Experience in FinTech or adjacent industries.
• Experience working with component libraries or design systems.
• A strong desire to design within the context of web3/blockchain/decentralized finance.
• Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Framer, or equivalent.
• Excellent visual design and interaction design skills.
• Strong communication skills.
