Senior Producer - Event Marketing

Job Description

Jack Morton is seeking a Senior Producer to deliver successful programs for their clients. The Senior Producer will be responsible for the fiscal health of programs and effective communication with the team and the client. This role involves executing medium to large size programs including trade show exhibits, consumer activations and business-to-business engagements.Role involves:

• Participating in the development of integrated solutions.
• Guiding the development, writing and presentation of program proposals.
• Building and maintaining effective client relationships.
• Managing the program process from creative through execution.
• Organizing regular team meetings and managing communications between team members.
• Coaching and overseeing junior team members.
• Creating program budgets and responsibly managing costs.
• Participating in creative brainstorms.

Requirements:

• Experience or college degree in Event Management, Theater Production, Communications, Marketing or related field.
• 10+ years of production delivery experience, with at least 3 in a senior role.
• Strong program management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience managing large-scale events and multiple programs.
• Solid understanding of AV, staging, lighting, audio, etc.
• Up-to-date knowledge of trends in the event industry.
• Expertise in identifying risks and implementing contingency plans.
• Familiarity with event insurance, security protocols, and emergency preparedness.
