This role involves brand and corporate strategy across industries, including healthcare.Weber Shandwick is looking for someone to create and analyze data and market trends, shape market research, and develop impactful insights and strategies that solve brand and corporate challenges.Responsibilities:
  • Lead market-specific engagements with guidance from senior team members.
  • Exhibit professional presence and strong presentation skills.
  • Proactively identify potential challenges in research plans and creative briefs.
  • Initiate and execute strategic processes from research to creative briefs.
  • Co-lead client projects and assignments.
  • Mine data, research, and intelligence reports for insights.
  • Develop a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer mindset, and industry trends.
  • Derive insights that drive behavior change.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with staff, partners, and clients.
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of experience in marketing/communications strategy and planning, specializing in strategic insight generation within the Québec market.
  • Understanding of cultural brand strategy and familiarity with PR, digital, and social media.
  • Expertise in the marketing and communications industry.
  • Comfort with research techniques and insight generation.
  • Experience with analytics and data analysis.
  • Clear presentation skills in French and English.
  • Agility in working style and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English.
