Job Description
Pushpay is seeking an Implementation Specialist I to manage the onboarding of mid-market level customers by implementing the Pushpay product suite. The role involves providing post-sale service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving product adoption. The ideal candidate will possess technical and customer-interaction skills, a drive for excellence, and the ability to navigate objections.

Responsibilities:
  • Project manage the onboarding and implementation of mid-market level customers.
  • Become an expert in the Pushpay product suite.
  • Deliver results and provide high-quality customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with Product, Service Delivery, and Customer Success teams.
  • Build and execute account plans and strategies.
  • Review assigned accounts to highlight key results and demonstrate value.
  • Help develop existing customer relationships and ensure maximum customer retention.
  • Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding and implementation or as a Customer Success Manager.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Ability to identify and implement changes to business optimization processes.
  • Strong problem-resolution skills.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines.
  • Well-organized with a strong work ethic.
  • Understanding of key drivers for local church success.
