Dispatcher

Via, a company focused on transforming transportation through technology, is seeking a Dispatcher to manage day-to-day transit operations. The Dispatcher will be the primary point of contact for live troubleshooting, collaborating with operations, support, and product optimization teams to improve services. This is an in-person position based in Fort Worth, TX, with overnight/early morning shifts.

What this role involves:

• Proactively adjust daily operating plans based on real-time inputs.
• Prioritize operational issues and provide creative solutions.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships across Via teams and external partners.
• Leverage operating and troubleshooting expertise to support other business areas.
• Effectively prioritize live operational issues and take action based on the information received.
• Leverage knowledge of Via products and services to make ad hoc decisions with little guidance.
