Via is seeking a Partner Growth Principal to be the face and voice of Via for its partners. This role involves building strong customer relationships and converting them into long-term revenue growth opportunities. The Partner Growth Principal will serve as a trusted advisor to partners, providing strategic guidance on operational, go-to-market, and product-related issues. They will also be an internal advocate for partners, championing new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each partner’s service size and scope.
What this role involves:
Serving as the primary point of contact for city and agency leaders.
Building strong, long-term relationships by acting as a trusted advisor.
Guiding strategic planning and execution to ensure each partnership delivers measurable impact.
Analyzing complex service data to provide actionable insights.
Driving revenue growth by leading renewals and identifying opportunities for expansion.
Requirements:
Minimum of 7+ years of relevant client-facing work experience.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Eagerness to take on formal and informal leadership roles.
Entrepreneurial relationship builder.
