ABBYY is seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager to join their team in Bangalore, India. This role offers hybrid work options and the opportunity to contribute to a growing company with a global presence. The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business, growing annual recurring revenue, and selling ABBYY solutions and services within a designated territory.Role involves:
  • Generating net new logo business in a designated territory.
  • Growing the New Annual Recurring Revenue.
  • Selling ABBYY solutions and services to meet the assigned quota.
  • Sourcing and developing new sales prospects.
  • Negotiating sales agreements and closing sales opportunities.
  • Providing sales and account management support to customers.
  • Developing and maintaining a communications strategy.
  • Building and applying strategic account development strategy.
  • Driving excellence in monthly forecasts and pipeline development.
  • Preparing data for sales team meetings.
  • Creating and updating Accounts, Opportunities, and Orders in SalesForce.
  • Partnering with Presales and Training teams for solutions demonstrations.
  • Managing and coaching a Senior Account Associate.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience selling enterprise software and/or SaaS.
  • Hunter/Closer mentality with the ability to generate new business.
  • Existing network of Enterprise customers.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient organizational skills.
  • Strong closing, prospecting, hunting, sales planning, and territory management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in remote and office-based environments.
  • Good Account Management knowledge.
  • Ability to sell to CxO level executives.
  • Prior experience in coaching and/or managing a sales team is a plus.
