ABBYY is seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager to join their team in Bangalore, India. The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business, growing annual recurring revenue, and selling ABBYY solutions and services within a designated territory.Role involves:
- Generating net new logo business in a designated territory.
- Growing the New Annual Recurring Revenue.
- Selling ABBYY solutions and services to meet the assigned quota.
- Sourcing and developing new sales prospects.
- Negotiating sales agreements and closing sales opportunities.
- Providing sales and account management support to customers.
- Developing and maintaining a communications strategy.
- Building and applying strategic account development strategy.
- Driving excellence in monthly forecasts and pipeline development.
- Preparing data for sales team meetings.
- Creating and updating Accounts, Opportunities, and Orders in SalesForce.
- Partnering with Presales and Training teams for solutions demonstrations.
- Managing and coaching a Senior Account Associate.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- 8+ years of experience selling enterprise software and/or SaaS.
- Hunter/Closer mentality with the ability to generate new business.
- Existing network of Enterprise customers.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient organizational skills.
- Strong closing, prospecting, hunting, sales planning, and territory management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in remote and office-based environments.
- Good Account Management knowledge.
- Ability to sell to CxO level executives.
- Prior experience in coaching and/or managing a sales team is a plus.
