Job Description
ABBYY is seeking a Technical Success Manager to join their team. The role involves driving growth while fueling the company's success. ABBYY is a trusted partner for purpose-built AI and intelligent automation, solving complex problems for enterprise customers. They serve over 10,000 customers, including many Fortune 500 companies.
Role involves:
  • Articulating the gap between the client's current state and desired state.
  • Creating custom executive presentations for key accounts.
  • Building and maintaining customer/partner relationships.
  • Serving as a strategic advisor to customers/partners.
  • Identifying and facilitating customer & partner training needs.
  • Proactively preventing and eliminating obstacles for customers.
  • Promoting the expansions, renewals, and adoptions of ABBYY solutions.
  • Managing customer/partner expectations.
  • Identifying and measuring customer product usage and adoption rates.
  • Integrated project management and organization responsibilities.
  • Being the Voice of the customer in ABBYY.
  • Helping drive customer references, advocacy, and case studies.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Professional Services, consulting, Technical Account Management, or other customer-facing technical roles.
  • Must have SaaS experience.
  • A mix of business and technical acumen.
  • Experience in OCR/ICR, Intelligent Document Processing, Document/Content Intelligence, Enterprise Automation, RPA, ECM, BPM, or ERP, Process mining or Task mining analytics, Analytics SAAS platform.
  • Previous experience with ABBYY software is a plus.
  • Understands solution-focused engagement approaches and methods.
  • Strong project management, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer-facing and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proven self-starter with a strong track record.
  • Able to manage the successful delivery of a portfolio of customer engagements.
  • Advance proficiency in MS Office Suite or similar platforms.
