Job Description
Webflow is seeking a Billing & Collections Analyst to ensure customers are provisioned with the correct entitlements in a timely manner. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing the provisioning process, ensuring customers have access to purchased services and features at the start of their contract. The position is remote-first, based in Mexico.
Role involves:
- Managing customer entitlements accurately.
- Handling account setup, updates, and deprovisioning.
- Collaborating with internal teams to streamline workflows.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance provisioning processes.
- Supporting customer billing and collection efforts.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment.
- 1+ years of experience in a technology company.
- Business-level fluency in English.
- Experience in order management or provisioning (preferred).
- Experience with high data volumes (preferred).
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Netsuite and Stripe (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (preferred).
