Xometry is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to enhance technology through data-driven insights. The role involves optimizing product performance, informing strategic decisions, and improving user experience via rigorous testing.Responsibilities include:

• Conducting in-depth analysis of product usage and user behavior.
• Designing and managing A/B tests and other experiments.
• Analyzing experiment results using statistical methods.
• Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Developing and maintaining dashboards for data visualization.
• Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and designers.
• Communicating complex data insights to diverse audiences.
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Contributing to the development of experimentation methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
• Experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests.
• Understanding of statistical significance and hypothesis testing.
• Proficiency in SQL; Python is a plus.
• Experience with Looker is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a product-driven environment.
