The Sales Specialist role involves being a business reference for key entrepreneurs in the region, understanding their needs, and connecting them with financial, software, and management solutions. The role acts as a consultant, developing specific strategies for business segments and delivering excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect clients according to target.
- Assemble and present proposals based on client needs.
- Manage the portfolio of key clients in the region.
- Maintain continuous and excellent post-sales relationship.
- Analyze competition and market trends.
- Participate in daily morning meetings to plan, set goals, and exchange learning.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Experience with consultative sales (key account/large accounts).
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- High energy and passion for serving clients.
- Commitment to excellence in all endeavors.
- Skills in teamwork, planning, organization, and analytical vision.
- Knowledge of the financial market, payment methods, banking products, and/or retail software is a plus.
