Stone Co. is seeking a Sales Specialist to join their team in Goiânia, Brazil. The Sales Specialist will be a business reference for key entrepreneurs in the region, understanding their needs and connecting them with financial, software, and management solutions. They will act as a consultant, developing specific strategies for business segments and delivering excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect clients according to target.
  • Prepare and present proposals based on client needs.
  • Manage a portfolio of key clients in the region.
  • Deliver excellent customer service.
  • Maintain continuous and excellent post-sales relationship.
  • Analyze competition and market trends.
  • Attend daily morning meetings to plan, set goals, and exchange learnings.

Requirements:

  • Experience with consultative sales (key account and large accounts).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High energy and passion for serving clients.
  • Commitment to excellence in all endeavors.
  • Teamwork, planning, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of the financial market, payment methods, banking products, and/or retail software is a plus.
