Job Description
A next-generation supply chain platform based in Berlin is seeking a motivated Supply Chain & Operations Intern to support its operational efficiency and supplier engagement strategies. The company is redefining how one of the world’s largest industries sources, distributes, and finances materials. They harness agentic AI and workflow automation to provide seamless, high-efficiency access to premium materials at scale.
In this role, the intern will:
- Support the design and development of business processes, working with the engineering team to drive automation and efficiency
- Build reliable, long-term customer relationships through clear communication and high-quality work
- Identify and engage with potential suppliers and service providers to support user acquisition and transaction growth
- Manage third-party communication to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Contribute to daily operational tasks and support cross-functional business success
- Collaborate closely with the Growth and Procurement teams
The ideal candidate:
- Is currently enrolled at a university or recently graduated
- Is studying logistics, operations, or supply chain — or has a business background with a strong interest in operational topics
- Is highly motivated, curious, and has a solution-oriented, hands-on mindset
- Has strong analytical and communication skills
- Is fluent in English, with German and/or French being a strong plus
- Has eligibility to work within the EU
