Job Description
Vonage is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their team focused on Compliance and Regulations automation. This role is crucial for navigating the complex global compliance landscape. The Senior Software Engineer will guide the team through the development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services. They will write code, lead design sessions, coach junior team members, and set high engineering standards.

Requirements:
- Strong hands-on coding experience in backend, frontend, and data-driven environments
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience in at least one of Java, Golang, Kotlin, Python, or a similar programming language
- Knowledge and experience with data pipelines (Kafka or similar)
- Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS preferable)
- Understanding of system design
- Strong understanding of security best practices
- Experience with Kubernetes or a similar container orchestrator
- Knowledge of database architecture
