Job Description
Vonage is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join their team in Wroclaw, Poland. This role is crucial for driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and providing strategic support to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Vonage's sales teams. The Sales Operations Specialist will report to the Senior Director of Sales Operations and will partner closely with the sales organization to drive operational excellence, analytics and insight, efficiency, and strategic alignment.
Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Sales leaders to develop and execute tactical and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure outcomes, alignment, and collaboration on key initiatives.
- Identify and quantify opportunities to drive significant improvement against key metrics/outcomes.
- Establish and maintain robust data analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Develop and deliver regular reports and presentations to senior leadership.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations or related field.
- Proven ability to identify, quantify/business case and implement impactful transformation.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proficiency in CRM and success tools such as Salesforce; experience with tools like Tableau, SQL, Lucidchart, and Gong is a strong plus.
